Crappie Fishing with a Bobber and Jig (Bull Shoals Lake ep.3)

During the Pre-spawn Crappie are can be found in transition from the mouth of creek channels all the way to back of the creeks near the spawning grounds. While using Side Imaging to find schools of crappie suspended along these creek channels, Kyle and I noticed some fish were holding to small pieces of cover while other were suspending just below the surface in 20+ft of water. The two crappie rigs with used were a plain jig and a slip bobber with the same jig tied on to it. The slip bobber technique allowed us to suspended the jig in front of the crappie for longer periods of time, helping to trigger a bite.
