Easy-to-Make "Santa" Gnome with Paper Mache

There's plenty of time to make one of these little fellows this year, either for your own home or a craft show. Most people use yarn or wool for the beard. I came up with a way to make whiskers that can be bent and shaped in any crazy way you want. And it was easy.
