ChiChi Too Scared To Go Outside to Potty

The Hawks are just EVERYWHERE!!!
There are far too many of them in our tiny area.
ChiChi is NOT a dog that is ever frightened. She is a Terrier. Terriers are not frightened little Chihuahua type dogs that are scared to death to go outside... some Chihuahuas aren't like that either... but you know what I mean.
Terriers are Terriers.
There are no less than 30 Hawks in a one block area. That is far too many.
These Hawks should be relocated out to the Merritt Island Game Preserve or something.
Hell they could fly over there in less than 5 minutes.
Trapping predator birds is not easy. Gonna have to figure something out... lol
