​I​n this lesson we learn of the protection provided by the helmet of salvation.

Ideas and thoughts have consequences. Because the battle field of spiritual warfare is the mind, the believer's thoughts are of central importance to victory. The helmet of salvation provides the believer with the mind of Christ and the wisdom of God as he enters the battle.​ Ephesians 6.17
