Canada Still Testing Wastewater for COVID-19

They told us it doesn't shed, and there was no transmission, but they continue to test wastewater in all parts of Canada 3 years later. Why are they still detecting covid with 90% of the population vacinnated? Are the vacinnated shedding, or is transmission happening with the vaccine?

Note: They are still saying there is no evidence of shedding and the effectiveness of the wastewater surveillance is uncertain. Really?
