SIMPLE CRAYFISH RECIPE!

Garlic, butter, chili, Crayfish.. with its own little twist!

In this video, I show you my personal favorite method of cooking crayfish on the BBQ at home. Quick, simple, and most importantly, TASTY!

The specific Crayfish used in this video is a Western Rock Lobster, caught locally from Perth, Western Australia.

This cooking time stated in the video will cover the majority of Crayfish for this method, if cooking a larger Crayfish, allow a little extra time to cook thoroughly due to the extra size and thickness.
