Within the first hours of being in YellowKnife, Northwest Territories, witness a man assaulted and dragged across a street and dumped like garbage...

Where is the reconciliation?

The man was defenseless and highly vulnerable... a security guard punched him in the face and stomach, and flung him to the concrete and kicked him, and then several moments later, another security guy showed up and foot sweeped the man from behind, causing him to fall and hit his head on the concrete, and then dragged him across a road and flung him...

The video captures the man being dragged...

The assault was reported to the RCMP, who did not show up at the scene, and later called, asking for statements in a few weeks...
