But the good news is now that we know that these " coin phrase " are just that phrases we can choose to accept them or deny them. when I say deny I mean to choose something else, because we cannot get rid of anything. Remember this is a realm of inclusion there is no exclusion so anything you give your attention too you perpetrate it. And so the name of the game with those " coin phrases " in my opinion would be to diffuse the attention by giving more your airtime to the phrases that do align with your now intention. Mediation is good for releasing unwanted attention from phrases and statements such as these.
