Parasite Eve (パラサイト・イヴ Parasaito Ivu?) is an action survival horror video game developed and published by Square Co.. The game is a sequel to the story Parasite Eve, written by Hideaki Sena. In US markets, the game was sold with a special Squaresoft bundle containing the first volume of a PlayStation 1998 collectors CD featuring demos of future Squaresoft games.
History

Parasite Eve brings the story of Aya Brea, a young rookie police officer who ends up discovering truths about her past after an incident at a theater in New York. The game brings elements of RPG and survival horror, as it allows mobility that was unusual for RPGs of that time. Its actual classification is that of an RPG. It has a sequel being both games (original and sequel) for PlayStation.
