Dave Rubin of “The Rubin Report” shares a clip of the latest Joe Biden gaffe where he confused Iraq with Ukraine twice in a 24 hour period. Biden was also forced to admit that he has been using a CPAP machine at night to deal with sleep apnea after reporters noticed indentations on his skin from the machine.
