Hickory Smoked Bacon...Homemade Start to Finish...Franklin BBQ Pit

This is my first time making bacon. I cured a pork belly for 5 days. Once it was done curing, I added a little rub and put it in my Franklin offset smoker for a few hours. I pulled it out and let it rest a good long while (letting the meat cool makes it easier to slice). Then I sliced it, threw it in a pan and it tasted fantastic!
