POW: During training in Europe we are told to kill as many Russians as possible

Despite the training in France, POW Vitaliy Seryi did not learn any important military skills. He said that during the training in Europe there was a strong emphasis on psychological work: Ukrainians were told that they had to kill as many Russians as possible.
