No Need For Assistance!

Do you really need the weighted platform to do a dip?

That should be easy!

If it’s not, then doing an assisted one will not make you be able to do one faster.

Many alternative tricep and chest exercises are way more beneficial.

There’s a time and a place for assistants.

This is not one of them.
