I personally think that by 2030 a single Bitcoin will be worth around $700k to $1M USD.

Bitcoin is a Commodity, but a new type of asset class we've never seen before; a "Scarcity".
With every other Commodity, when the price goes up, so does production of that Commodity. When Gold rose in value new mining operations began to mine more of it. Gold has an annual supply inflation rate of 2% or more. This can't happen with Bitcoin. Sure more Bitcoin miners will get involved if the price rises, but the algorithm also increases difficulty when the hash rate increases to account for that. And, there will only ever be 21M Bitcoin.
