Winnie the Pooh and a Day for Eeyore is a 1983 American animated featurette based on the sixth chapter of both books Winnie-the-Pooh and The House at Pooh Corner by A.A. Milne.

It’s Eeyore’s Birthday, on the last Saturday in April, and this year it will be celebrated on April 29. The melancholic and often cynical character, in A. A Milne’s “Winnie the Pooh” has for decades remained a beloved character in this childhood story.
