I have a very good friend who is excellent at flipping houses. He finds houses that are in disrepair and buys them at a low price and then fixes them up so they can be sold at reasonable prices that ordinary folks can afford.

The picture above shows the before and after of a property. The challenge for many of us, myself included, is we are much closer to that before picture than the after picture. And not just ourselves, but people around us and even the environment we live in.
