Lindsay Graham: Under White Hat Control?

At Mr. T's rally, Senator Lindsay Graham (in his own home state) was roundly, soundly, and repeatedly booed as he tried to speak. Apparently, his war-mongering, supporting the incarceration of U.S. citizens without a trial, and other stances aren't representative of those of his constituents. Anons speculated that he might be under White Hat control, and his appearance at this rally signaled just that and more, so that's what we consulted about with the Universe!
