AD&D 1E - Looking at Weapon Speed Factor and Simultaneous Initiative

The AD&D 1e Dungeon Masters Guide is the home to many rules that my groups ignored for one reason or another back in the 80s. Weapon Speed Factor potentially giving multiple attacks during simultaneous initiative is one of those ignored rules.
