First off African American females DO NOT LEAD OR SPEAK FOR AFRICAN AMERICAN MEN! Second if a man is black but not African American then HE does not lead or speak for black men. Only African American MEN may lead and speak for AAs.

An African American is a descendant of slaves brought over from Africa to America. Black Immigrants do not ead or speak for African Americans.

They do not have the permission or the authority to do so. Before you have a conversation about African American issues with a black person you should always ask them if they're African American first.
