Kids in Cages -- Who's to Blame for the Border Crisis?

Long before Trump's "build the wall" policies were introduced (most of which Biden has since continued with little to no opposition from either side) we've had a border crisis in this country. But apparently the progressive left only started getting concerned about having "kids in cages" until Trump was in office even though Obama was the one who actually build those cages back in 2014.
