75 Year old child predator caught trying to meet up with a 14 year old boy in Morton, IL Kroger

Our decoys have recorded phone calls of Phillip talking dirty as well as text logs of him sending illicit pictures to what he thought was a 14 year old boy. He admitted to molesting at least 10 other children over the last 54 years starting back at age 21. He is an over the road truck driver, and he also admited that he meets young boys all over the Country when he travels for work as well as disclosed places in the area where he and others like him receive and distribute child porn videos. The details in this cacth are absolutely horrifying. The worst part is, Phillip got caught again 3 hours later, the same day, from our other decoy. He arranged the meet but then did not show up and the address we had for him, was not a good one any longer. Phillip is a monster, you can listen to him tell it himself. He needs to be taken off the streets. His whole family has disowned him, but no one has turned him in. Until now.
