Jason Mallette fatally shot; "targeted murder"

DailyKenn.com — Jason Michael Mallette, 38, was fatally shot at Taziki’s Mediterranean Café in Daphne, AL where he worked as manager.

Forty-one-year-old Travis Lofton was arrested.

Lofton's wife was an employee who, apparently, had a grievance. He waited two hours for the victim to arrive before shooting, according to police.

Mallette leaves behind a wife and two children.
