Lessons In Repentance - Leviticus

We can see what repentance and holiness looks like by reading the book of Leviticus. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses Leviticus and offers specific ways it applies to our lives as Christ-followers. Moses gave the Hebrew people a lengthy list of practices they needed to do to be cleansed from sin. Then, God ushered in something new—we are reconciled to Him through our faith in Jesus. Would we be able to recognize God doing something new today, or would we hold on to tradition or what's comfortable? As we read Leviticus, we can imagine our High Priest—Jesus—taking our offerings directly to the Lord on our behalf.
