Wrongly Accused, an interview with January-6er Kirstyn Niemela

On January 6th, 2021, Kirstyn Niemela went to the United States Capitol in Washington, DC to hang out with friends, hear President Donald Trump speak, and to go on a guided tour inside the Capitol Building.

To her surprise, one year later, after a former friend and a relative reported her to investigators, without warning, Kirstyn was tackled to the ground and arrested in front of her place of work.

Despite being a lesbian activist, she has been labeled a "Proud Boy," and false charges levied against her including; "entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds," "disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds," "disorderly conduct in a Capitol Building" and "parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol Building."

These misdemeanor charges (a parking ticket is a misdemeanor), have been elevated to felony status.

The video footage of Niemela exposes the lie being told by the prosecution to discredit her for simply being a conservative, who refuses to admit to a crime SHE DID NOT COMMIT in order to obtain a lessor sentence.
