It's ILLEGAL!.. unless you are (have/own) an incorporated business.
To me, even the idea of incorporating is questionable.
Having gone into business for myself, researching and studying EVERYTHING, beforehand, I know there are various types of corporate incorporations. Also, the type may depend upon your business type, city, county and state regulations.
