Putin in 2015, about the hostile attitude of Western countries

In this speech from 2015, Putin talks about areas of conflicts, such as the Middle East, where the West did everything to destabilize countries which were friendly to Russia, and encouraged it's inhabitants, or trouble makers from outside, to kill one another and accuse the government of doing so.
