Russian President Vladimir Putin fulfilled the wish of a Muslim girl, who wished to meet him after scenes of her crying uncontrollably became viral on social media during his visit to Dagestan.

After the scenes of her crying were widely circulated, the Russian President invited the child, Raisat Akipova, and her parents to visit the Kremlin, where he made her sit in his office and took her on a tour of the Kremlin.

The video shows Putin greeting the girl in his and explaining to her why he was unable to meet her during his visit to her city, Derbent, Dagestan.
