Mathew Choi a Chinese-South African Targeted Individual friend wrongfully convicted

I know Mathew from 2018 and he has been very articulate, caring and supportive to explain me things about V2k technology.

He was forced to move into China where he was arrested at a meeting event near a dock.

So far there is no word spoken, nothing said by him, he isn't even allowed to make a statement.

Being a university student, the US marines, Agent spooks told everyone i was a terrorist, ISIS, taliban etc and at the same time told me they were gassing me and killing me.
