Targeted individuals inabilities... and the new arms race for total control of the mind of the public

There is no denying it the targeted individual program has gone public, and has now successfully been normalised across societies all over the world, to a large extent accepted by the masses, that is how governments and intelligence agencies are now “permitted” to treat people like this extrajudicially.

And for some reason despite there being hundreds of thousands of other targeted individuals from all over the world, the alternative media are not willing to touch the subject, despite how this for the first time in history, has gone public, as the United States government and its intelligence agencies in collaboration with the British and Danish, have in essence implemented a real life Truman show 2.0 where the social and political persecution of me Stephen Bell is being endlessly publicized as some kind of somewhat interactive reality “TV program”

I’m quite dumbfounded how it is possible for the state arbiters, to have implemented so many restrictions, in the minds of the public, completely arbitrarily of course as there are no laws that supersede those on the books! In fact to such an extent, that no media organization alternative or otherwise or even human rights NGOs have ever tried to get in contact with me, to get an interview or a statement concerning this situation regarding the openly the targeting of me in public, not to mention the incessant uses by intelligence agencies of multiple countries, the directed energy weapons program, despite nothing like this has ever been seen before openly in society’s.

All the technologies that are being used in my case, and in many other targeted individuals are previously classified technologies under the definition of directed energy weapons, and is quite evident there is and has been an arms race, for the total control of the minds of the public through these technological means and advances, and again nobody is talking about the targeted individual program, but for some reason, they are quite fond and willing to talk about aliens, but not previously kept secret weapons program for the literal control of the minds of the public, and this is a measurement of how successful their psychological operations are on their own population that these directed energy weapons ultimately turned against!
I am ready and willing to do interviews with any serious media outlet or pod casters, and I am happy to give my statement to lawyers or human rights NGOs who are working on to putting an end to the flagrant human rights abuses that are caused by the targeted individual programs.
