In this episode of Protecting Your Vote, Jane Brady, the former Attorney General of Delaware, joins PILF President, J. Christian Adams to discuss our victory for the rule of law in Delaware’s elections. Brady served as our local counsel in our lawsuit against the state’s election law passed in 2022 that would have allowed universal vote by mail and same day voter registration. Last month, Delaware’s Supreme Court ruled the election statute violated the Delaware Constitution.
