Once the sun began to set, we cooked up a simple storm for our dinners, and geared up to chase our local endemic freshwater crayfish, the all-mighty black Marron! Only allowable to catch for one month per year in public waters in Western Australia, hunting Marron is a south-west WA past time for many'o'folk, and one that we all enjoy every summer!
