Paul Chek: Globally Expert in Corrective Exercise and Holistic Wellness

My guest today is Paul Chek. Paul is a globally recognized authority in corrective and high-performance exercise kinesiology, stress management, and holistic well-being. With an extensive career spanning over three decades, Paul has transformed the lives of numerous clients, students, and their own clients through his comprehensive approach to treatment and education. Paul has achieved remarkable success where conventional methods consistently fall short. Paul founded the CHEK (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) Institute and the PPS Success Mastery Coaching Program. He is an author of numerous books in addition to being the host of the popular podcast "Living 4D with Paul Chek".

We had a pretty broad conversation that touched on many topics that revolved around mindset + plus some of his personal beliefs about the media which was interesting. A friend of mine turned me on to Paul and I've been consuming his content for a couple of years now so I was pleased when he agreed to jump on the podcast.
