Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. alleged in a tweet that the CIA’s MKUltra program had tortured indigenous children and black prisoners for “horrific” medical experiments. He linked to an article, which cites documents on the case. And in other news, a man was arrested in Ukraine for allegedly trying to purchase an infant who he was planning to sell, in order to be killed for its organs.
