Major 2A Win Actually a Double Edged Sword?

Is the recent Second Amendment win dealing with the Frame and Receiver rule (recently vacated at the district level) actually a double edged sword? Philadelphia recently filed a lawsuit against 80% manufacturers even though the PLCAA is a thing. Is this a political stunt or is this a new angle they are using 2A wins against us?
