Snack with a Smile! #India💖 (see description)

Hello everyone from 🇮🇳

This is called 'Aaloo Chaat' and is a street snack in India. Made of potatoes it is mostly sold in the NCR and nearby cities.

Potatoes are fried up to a crisp and tossed in a lot of spices and Indian sauces. It tastes sweet, sour and spicy all at the same time!

Spices used- chaat masala, chilli powder, cumin powder, black salt

sauces- cilantro, chilli & garlic sauce and sweet tamarind water.
