Corporate colonization of Canadian healthcare has transformed personalized care into collective care, undermined the relations between physicians and their patients, and led to a situation where the latter are not getting crucial information about the drugs, vaccines and treatments and are not aware of other available options. 
In this interview with The New American, Canadian researcher Deanna McLeod of Kaleidoscope Strategic and the Canadian Covid Care Alliance explains the significance of informed consent and describes how healthcare got hijacked by profit-driven corporate interests and control-driven international entities such as WHO, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, GAVI, CEPI, and others.
