In the county of Essex, an Anglo-Saxon Peasant walks up the steps of his former liege lord's throne. He sits in the powerful chair, and his followers proudly cheer, but he knows not to celebrate yet. The King Of Wessex may yet decide to put another member of the Nobility in his place. And even the most fervent Peasant Army will collapse under the weight of the King.

In the North, rumours of men coming ashore in ‘Long-ships’ distract the Anglo-Saxon Kings for now, but, in the same breath, now is not a time for Wessex to look weak. This Peasant Rebel must placate the King for a chance to put his plans into action.

Long ago he had fought a war to stop these invaders, much as they must soon fight invaders of their own. Yet this time he plans to unite the people of the British Isles, both Saxon and Celt, under one crown, one King. Perhaps he will take to the shores and claim the lands of the Northman and the Homeland of the Saxons. A Celto-Germanic Kingdom, uniting the two ancient peoples who had fought with Rome.

As Danish War Horns and Corrupt Kings wage war on his soil, Britain calls upon him once again, once Britain needs its King, Britain needs… King Arthur.

In this Episode, Arthur seeks to claim the Kingdom of England for himself and begin his push to unite the British Isles before he moves towards his greater goals on the Continent. Can he succeed and become King Arthur?
