SCS EPISODE 107. THE INTENTION IS FAILURE

In this episode I look at the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission in the UK (CSC), which is yet another indoctrination funding programme , then I cover The Independent Commission for Aid Impact (ICAI), which gives a hint as to a distinct problem I will disclose.

This should be the end of my audit of the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, where I can divulge the gross overspend that they have not reported, and the staff numbers that make no sense at all, but it isn't.

There are big omissions, and nobody is talking about them.

I'll name them this week, and explore them more fully in the coming episodes.

I do end the episode with what I will describe as a 'moan'.
