Vid above shows him hugging Nazi commanders who had been staying in Turkey following prisoner exchange with Russia.

Prisoners were supposed to remain in Turkey until end of hostilities, but Zelensky clearly needs all the Nazi cannon fodder he can get and Turkish Prez Erdogan is fine with letting them go.
