3 Tips to Sell Over Text

Here are three tips to sell even better when communicating with customers over a text message. If you can't sell using your thumbs, you're gonna lose in today's time. Tip number one. Keep it short and keep it sweet. I see far too many messages sent to homeowners that are like a storybook long. Would you send a message that long to a friend? Probably not.

Tip number two, use emojis and use plenty of them. People love it, and it breaks the sales feeling of a corporate transaction, and it makes it fun and lighthearted. And quite frankly, homeowners like it. So throwing the thumbs up, the thumbs down, the smiley face, the bicep flex, the fist pump, or even a heart emoji.
