#22 Rocky Jones, Space Ranger - Crash of the Moons: Chapter II

On the gypsy moon Posita, Secretary Drake, Rocky and crew plus Bavaro and his wife discuss what to do about the collision in about a month between Posita and the planet Ophecius. Secretary Drake and Bovaro will fly to Posita's sister moon Negato. They successfully negotiate with its leader Torvac to arrange for Posita's inhabitants to move there. Rocky and Winky will make one last stab at convincing Cleolanta that her world is doomed. As they approach, they send out a general alert regarding the upcoming catastrophe. Trinka, a member of the Ophecisus underground and Atlasan's wife, hears the broadcast. She implores her husband to heed the warning. He responds by taking her to Cleolanta as a traitor. She is locked in a room and subjected to a sleeping gas. Rocky and Winky manage to land without being blown up by a couple of artillery shells. When they seek an audience with Cleolanta, they are placed in a room with the same sleeping gas. Atlasan feels that he has treated Trinka wrongly, goes to wake her and tells her that he has dreamed up a solution that can save Ophesius - shoot missiles at Posita to blow it up, or at least change its course. Cleolanta and Atlasan board one of her ships to follow up on that idea. Meanwhile, Trinka helps Rocky and Winky overcome the Ophecian guards. They run for the Orbit Jet hoping to stop Cleolanta before she can blow up Posita where Bobby, Vena Ray and all the Positans are preparing to flee the planet.
