Youtube gives as many likes, visibility and subscribers as youtube decides.
At the same time YT wants MAKE PEOPLE BELIEVE that they decide/vote, and the figures they see, comments, reflect reality.
No, not at all. They see what YT wants people to see, manipulating with public opinion.

Youtube also offers "to help" with growing a channel... --And who would need their "help" if YT didn't do the damage first?
