Understanding Where You Work for Remote Work & Digital Nomads | Where You Work Isn't Where You Live

Vlog 30 June 2023 | So many people, especially those that have never been employers themselves or worked with payroll, don't understand the idea of remote work and locality and commonly mix "where they work" with "where they are currently physically located" and will incorrectly refer to the wrong locations often telling their employers that they are working remotely in Nicaragua or some other location when they are, in fact, remotely working in the US and just traveling in Nicaragua legally which are very, very different things.
