Whilst IF done right it was advantageous for those who did it right, you just know some people who are around now won’t be next year.

Training companies will pivot to rent to rent & adamantly tell you nows is still the best time to invest.

But many were doing BTL the right way. Even those who did it the right way are going to feel the pinch! But those who did it wrong will get a rude awakening now!

I have seen so many experts pop up and people who self-certified themselves as gurus who have even had a year AST run out or been in the game long enough to see a tenant change over.

It’s going to be a rollercoaster for those!
