El Gobierno de Cuba denunció este lunes que "la falta de transparencia y la conducta manipuladora de la Unión Europea" han puesto "en serio riesgo" el éxito de la cumbre birregional entre el grupo europeo y la Comunidad de Estados Latinoamericanos y Caribeños (Celac), a celebrarse el 17 y 18 de julio en Bruselas, Bélgica.
