Law enforcement responding to shooting in Ottawa

According to witnesses, a man with a rifle shot a soldier standing guard at the War Memorial in downtown Ottawa, Canada. Unconfirmed reports have also stated that further shots were fired inside the Centre Block of Parliament Hill.
