The customer service was quick to respond and resolve the issue, which was greatly appreciated. The bike itself is well constructed and the parts are of high quality.
I love the 7-speed feature as it allows me to easily switch gears depending on the terrain. The bike rides smoothly and the gearing system works flawlessly.
The riding position on this bike is incredible. The step-through design makes it easy to get on and off the bike, and the handlebars are positioned at just the right height for a comfortable ride.
The seat could be a bit softer for longer rides, but it is still comfortable enough for shorter commutes. Assembly was a breeze, thanks to the clear instructions provided.
My son and I were able to assemble the bike in less than 30 minutes using our own tools. The included multi wrench tool, however, was not very useful and only slowed us down.
It would be better to have a high-quality, dedicated tool for assembly. While the overall construction of the bike is solid, I was disappointed to find some scratches on the frame and handlebars straight out of the box.
There were also significant porosities on top of the bike rack. I contacted sixthreezero to report these issues, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response other than acknowledgment of my complaint.
Luckily, we had the tools and materials to repair these defects ourselves, including silver touch-up paint for the rack from my Corvette. However, most people would not have the means or knowledge to make these repairs on a brand new bike.
Before purchasing the bike, I had a question and received a very quick response from sixthreezero. However, when I reached out to them about the quality control issues, I didnt even receive a simple apology or an offer to remedy the problems.
In summary, the bike itself is deserving of 5 stars. It is comfortable to ride, well constructed, and the riding position is amazing. However, the minor quality control issues and the lack of customer support brought my rating down to 4 stars.
Overall, I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this bike to others. Just be aware of the potential for minor issues and the lack of support from the manufacturer.
