20230711 Give Yourself Permission to Say NO

Peer pressure is a real thing, and we find ourselves doing things that maybe we shouldn't oughta do.

Maybe our buddies are going out for drinks, and we go along, but we're tight that month and when we put it on credit it rolls over at high interest. We should have said, "No," but didn't.

I'm in daddy fun summer, and the temptation to just give in and frolic with them, at the expense of my routines and habits, will be strong.

I have to say no.

I have to give myself permission to say, "No," and I have to apply the small discipline to say, "No."

Give yourself permission to say, "NO."
