· Broadcast problems? 18:02 message cut off mid-read, and the 18:04 message was almost inaudible.
· Two 24 character messages flanked a set of communications between FEAR11, FEAR22, and SIXPENCE, regarding "GLOBAL STORM" activities.
· I posted a few tweets about these GLOBAL STORM message. They seem to have lasted from about 18:18~19:30, and it seems reasonable to suspect the 24 character messages relate to those communications.
