The quality of this product is excellent, and I would definitely recommend buying this brand. The jacket and pants are of medium weight, making them perfect for colder places.
I used them in Ecuador, and everything was fine except for the fact that it got hot at times. However, the excitement of the expedition helped me to stay comfortable.
These clothes work well in the rain, and I didnt have any problems with leaks. If you need something that is only waterproof and windproof and will be used in hot places, I would not recommend this product because it has a lining.
I got the 3XL size, and they fit perfectly. I cant wait to use them during hunting season. For my 11-year-old, I got a small size which has room for growth and works perfectly.
I loved the product, and I will definitely use it for future hunts. I am glad that it is waterproof since my previous jacket and pants were not. The fit was good, but the clothes were a little noisier than I would have liked.
The wind seemed to go straight through them. Overall, I think theyre worth the money. As far as water resistance is concerned, they do pretty well straight out of the box.
The brown "vented" areas under the arms soak up some water but thats to be expected. The rest of the material seems to repel water well. I find them comfortable in 30-50-degree weather with no under layers.
If it is colder than that, you may need to wear something underneath. I am 510" and weigh around 240. The jacket fits a little big, which is good if you want to layer them up.
However, the pants are a bit strange. The length is perfect for me, even when sitting, but the waist is a little baggy while the thighs are tight.
Overall, I am pleased with my purchase, and I would recommend this product to others who are looking for comfortable and durable hunting clothes.
